I would never work by myself alone. I work with others and help them out. That's always my job to do. I am a nice person to be like that. Until now, I am little depressed right now after accidents today with my server and betrayals right now and some of my good friends have always been with me. I will be active, I will show Leadership skills, and communications along with it. I am also[/b][b]half in the Military right now of the US which I am JROTC in the Air Force leading Special Ops as a Captain. So yes I do have a lot of experience with my Commanding Skills.[/b] [b]If accepted what will you do or implement to make the battalion better?: Since I have experience, aka in JROTC I will do drills with my battalion. I will force them to have communications skills and teamwork skills If I don't see that I will most likely give them PT.
